Phox's mission is to provide a solution to the ever-increasing single-use plastic problem. In the pursuit of clean and tasty water, millions of filter cartridges end up in landfills each year. In 2019, the company decided to put an end to this by creating the first refillable filter cartridge.
The Phox water filtration system can transform standard tap water into beautifully clean, guilt-free water. Customers can choose from different refill packs to suit their needs. The Alkaline Pack offers the benefits of magnesium-enriched hydration, while the Clean Pack removes contaminants like copper, chlorine, lead, and bad taste and smell. For areas with very hard water, the Softener Pack is designed.
Phox's refillable cartridge allows users to only throw away the granules inside, making it an eco-conscious choice. The company ensures quality by producing the filters within 50 miles of their UK headquarters. The subscription and save option means that only the filtration granules need to be sent, fitting through the letterbox. The Phox app also sends notifications when it's time to change the filter, making maintenance easy.
Each filter refill is designed to last 40 gallons or 30 days, whichever comes first. The Phox V2 model is less likely to fit in the fridge door, but the Phox Wave was designed for this purpose. The Phox V2 has a glass jar and weighs 3.7 lbs (without water).
The Phox V2 comes with a 30-day refill pack of the customer's choice included. The Phox product line also includes the Wave and Standard Compatible models, as well as Alkaline and Clean Refill Packs.
